Why are keywords important to make money with Google Adsense?

If your site is about how to make money online, and the keywords you place on your pages have nothing to do with home based business or making money online, then the traffic that Google is going to send you is going to be people who are not looking for how to make money online. If these visitors see the content on your site that doesn't match what they are looking for (making money online), they are going to leave your site real fast and without clicking on any Google Adsense ads since they are off topic. So it is critical that your pages are well defined, keyword wise, before you even submit your site to Google for consideration or put any Google Adsense ads on.

To make money with Google Adsense, you first need to understand that you are dealing with pennies per click, not dollars. You need volume not individual visitors of your website. In other words, even if you have quite a large number of visitors to your website, you are probably still looking at making a couple of dollars of money from Google Adsense a day at best. Over the course of a month, if you have a very good month, you might make a hundred dollars. Certainly making money with Google Adsense this way is not enough to live on. But just imagine if you have hundreds of websites all making money with Google Adsense then you will make a lot of money with Google Adsense. Say, you have 100 websites all earning $1 or more a day, that's over $3,000 a month which is not bad considering you will earn it while you sleep!

Is it a lot of work to make all these websites to earn money with Google Adsense? Yes. For new Google Adsense publishers, you have to research keywords for a number of different categories just to see if there is a market for these keywords. The last thing you want to do is pick a keyword and design a site for something that's going to get you ten visitors a day.

And if you did this for 99 other sites and they all turned out to be non profitable, that would certainly be a lot of time wasted. So how do you go about putting together a mass Adsense campaign for a number of websites?
